The manufacturing process of copper strip

The manufacturing process of copper strip involves many links. First of all, high-quality pure copper raw materials are selected, and the preliminary copper billet is formed after smelting, casting and other processes. Then, through a multi-pass rolling process, the copper billet is gradually pressed into a copper strip of the required thickness. In the rolling process, parameters such as rolling temperature, speed and depression amount need to be strictly controlled to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the copper strip. Finally, after annealing, pickling and other treatments, the performance and quality of copper strip are further improved.
